President Obama Authorizes Killing of American New Mexico-Born Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki

This is taken from Military.com.

President Obama's administration has authorized the targeted killing of an American citizen, radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, the New York Times reported Wednesday, citing U.S. officials.

The rare, if not unprecedented, authorization was given earlier this year in the belief that Awlaki had gone from encouraging attacks on the United States to directly participating in them, the Times said.

Awlaki, who was born in New Mexico but is now based in Yemen, has come under intense scrutiny since being linked to Maj. Nidal Hassan, a U.S. Army psychiatrist who killed 13 people in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, in November.

Arizona House of Representatives Gives OK to Concealed Weapons Bill (HB 2347)

Arizona House Bill 2347 - Concealed Weapons Bill

HB 2347, given preliminary House approval Thursday, removes all the criminal penalties that now exist for having a weapon in a purse, under a jacket or tucked into a boot without having a state-issued permit. That permit requires certain training and a background check.

Two Seismic Events Recorded Near West Virginia Mine Disaster Site Before Deadly Explosion

I will review this information further to see if there is any connection with the West Virginia coal mine explosion to these two (2) reported seismic events in the area.

An earthquake registering magnitude 3.4 occurred early Sunday morning about 100 miles northeast of Montcoal, W. Va., the location of the Upper Big Branch Mine, a massive coal mining operation where an explosion killed and trapped miners more than a mile below the surface on Monday...

Another seismic event, this one man-made, took place closer to the mine on Saturday, April 3, when surface blasting at a nearby mine was initially mistaken for a minor quake of 2.9 magnitude.

College Boosters & Athletic Departments at Alabama & Ole Miss Blocked Flights from FAA Tracking to Hide Coaching Searches & Recruiting Trips

If you click through on this article, make sure to read down to the bottom to see the information referenced in the title. However, Alabama and Ole Miss were not the entities taking advantage of the little-known program that lets private plane owners block their flights from view in the government’s system for tracking air traffic.

To prevent the public from seeing where they fly, all have over the years turned to a little-known program that lets private plane owners block their flights from view in the government’s system for tracking air traffic.

The owners don’t have to meet any test to keep their flights secret. They merely submit a request to the National Business Aviation Association [1], a trade group that lobbied to set up the program on the grounds that secrecy is justified to protect business deals and the security of executives.

FLASHBACK: Mind Control by Cell Phone (Remote Neural Monitoring - RNM)

For additional information, check out the Scientific American article from 2008 called Mind Control by Cell Phone.

Although a cell phone is much less powerful than TMS, the question still remains: Could the electrical signals coming from a phone affect certain brainwaves operating in resonance with cell phone transmission frequencies? After all, the caller's cerebral cortex is just centimeters away from radiation broadcast from the phone's antenna. Two studies provide some revealing news.

One explanation of the technology behind controlling someone via cell phone is included below for reference purposes.

Government Thought Policing: The NSA and Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)

Your Brain On Government Privacy Invasion

The following information was evidence provided in a civil suit against the federal government in the case Akwei v. NSA (92-0449). John St. Clair Akwei is a former National Security Agency employee and whistle-blower who exposed the use of neural monitoring to spy on individuals. The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and tracking persons with the electrical currents in their bodies.

How The National Security Agency (NSA) Illegally And Unconstitutionally Harasses Law-Abiding Americans Everyday. How, you ask? Quite simply, actually. It's done by EMF or ELF Radio Waves, and a technology known as "Remote Neural Monitoring". Haven't you ever wondered about that ringing in your left ear? Well, here are the reason(s). And just why should the NSA do this, you ask? To silence any who who dare to speak out against them or any other agency, or the Government or simply to think for themselves, and "outside the box", if you will. Think not? Then, read on..........

Failure to Respond to the U.S. Census Form May Carry Infraction Fine Up to $5,000

First and foremost, please read Catherine Austin Fitts' article A Solari Report - Census Fines on the penalties involved with failing to respond to the census. Ms. Fitts drops the knowledge on the subject with relative ease. Basically, failing to respond to the census is an infraction, and under federal law, a person who commits an infraction can be fined up to $5,000. This contradicts the census statute which specifies a $100 fine. However, the federal government takes the position that the statute defining the infraction fine trumps the census statute.

The Congress passes a law that says failure of anyone to complete any federal government census may incur a relatively modest fine of up to $100. Experiencing a declining rate of response from the population and finding no other means of forcing compliance, the Census Bureau digs up criminal statutes that (1) classify any federal violation punishable by a fine as an “infraction” and (2) override any lesser statutory penalty for the “infraction” with a $5,000 fine to justify threatening randomly-selected ACS recipients with a fine of up to fifty times the fine determined by Congress for the violation. And then the Census Bureau says, in effect, “don’t worry, we can’t force the U.S. Attorney to fine you $5,000—we are just informing you of the draconian weapons in the government’s arsenal that may be available in case you don’t cooperate.”

U.S. Air Force to Launch Boeing 'Mystery' Robotic Spacecraft X-37B Orbital Vehicle

I guess this X-37B will be the space vehicle of choice now that the Space Shuttle fleet is being retired.

After a decade of development, the Air Force this month plans to launch a robotic spacecraft resembling a small space shuttle to conduct technology tests in orbit and then glide home to a California runway.

The ultimate purpose of the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle and details about the craft, which has been passed between several government agencies, however, remain a mystery as it is prepared for launch April 19 from Cape Canaveral, Fla.

California Assemblyman Mike Feuer Proposes Mandatory Gun Registration Under AB1810

California State Assembly Bill AB1810 (Mandatory Gun Registration?)

California should be expanding gun rights and repealing anti-gun laws, but instead we get laws that propose further restrictions and regulations. Just ask Assemblyman Mike Feuer.

A California Democrat is proposing a new law requiring residents to register their shotguns and rifles or go to jail, CBSNews.com has learned.

Assemblyman Mike Feuer, whose district includes Beverly Hill and West Hollywood, this week introduced legislation ordering law enforcement to "permanently keep" records of anyone who buys a gun from a dealer or an individual. California already stores information about handgun purchases.

FLASHBACK: Parlimentary Questions by Erik Meijer to European Union Commission About Chemtrails (Includes Answers & Denials)

This Q&A is from 2007. The Commission basically denies everything, but that is to be expected.

WRITTEN QUESTION
by Erik Meijer (GUE/NGL) to the Commission

Subject: Aircraft condensation trails which no longer only contain water but cause persistent milky veils, possibly due to the presence of barium, aluminium and iron.

1. Is the Commission aware that, since 1999, members of the public in Canada and the USA have been complaining about the growing presence in the air of aircraft condensation trails of a new type, which sometimes persist for hours and which spread far more widely than in the past, creating milky veils which are dubbed ‘aerial obscuration’, and that the new type has particularly come to people's attention because it is so different from the short, pencil-thin white contrails which have been a familiar sight ever since jet engines came into use and which remain visible for 20 minutes at most and can only be produced if steam condenses on dust particles due to low temperatures and high humidity?

2. Is the Commission aware that investigations by these complainants, observations by pilots and statements by government bodies increasingly suggest that what is happening is that aircraft are emitting into dry air small particles consisting of barium, aluminium and iron, a phenomenon which in public debate in America has come to be known as chemtrails?

3. Unlike contrails, chemtrails are not an inevitable by-product of modern aviation. Does the Commission know, therefore, what is the purpose of artificially emitting these Earth-derived substances into the Earth's atmosphere? Does it help to cause rain, benefit telecommunications or combat climate change?

4. To what extent are aerial obscuration and chemtrails now also being employed in the air over Europe, bearing in mind that many people here too are now convinced that the phenomenon is becoming increasingly common and are becoming concerned about the fact that little is so far known about it and there is no public information on the subject? Who initiates this spraying and how is it funded?

5. Apart from the intended benefits of emitting substances into the air, is the Commission aware of any possible disadvantages it may have for the environment, public health, aviation and TV reception?

6. What is being done to prevent individual European states or businesses from taking measures unilaterally whose crossborder impact other States or citizens' organisations may regard as undesirable? Is coordination already taking place with regard to this? Is the EU playing a part in it, or does the Commission anticipate a future role, and what are the Commission's objectives in this connection?

26 June 2007
E-2455/2007
Answer given by Mr Dimas on behalf of the Commission

1. The Commission is aware of claims that such trends and phenomena exist. However, the Commission is not aware of any evidence substantiating such claims. The extent to which aircraft condensation trails form and the speed at which they disappear are in the first instance determined by pressure, temperature, and the relative humidity of a given flight level. Fuel and combustion properties and the overall propulsive efficiency may also have an impact. Any changes or trends in the extent to which contrails are reported to remain visible and develop into more widespread clouds may thus be due to factors such as changes in:

— meteorological conditions;
— traffic volumes;
— jet-engine efficiency.

2. The Commission is aware of such claims but is not aware of any evidence that particles of barium, aluminium or iron are being emitted, deliberately or not, by aircraft.

3. No. It cannot be precluded that the release of such particles might affect precipitation and climate change, but as indicated above the Commission is not aware of any evidence that such releases take place.

4. The Commission is not aware of any evidence that such methods are being employed in Europe.

5. None of the substances referred to are hazardous per se, but some effects on environment and public health can not be ruled out if large scale releases to the air occurred.

6. As indicated above the Commission is not aware of any evidence suggesting that there is any reason to act.

YouTube Blocks Viral Spread of Alex Jones’ WikiLeaks Video Showing Army Helicopters Killing Reuters Employees

April 6, 2010

As so often happens with controversial content, and especially videos showing military crimes, You Tube has blocked the viral spread of the powerful and damning Wikileaks video by imposing age verification and a required log-in.

Yesterday, Alex Jones addressed the video the Pentagon never wanted the public to see in the first place. Now, simply viewing the video requires going through two levels of confirmation– requiring users to log-in, certify being over 18 years of age and confirming the “wish” to view the video. (Both messages are displayed below.)

“This video or group may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube’s user community. Please confirm that you wish to view this video.”

“This video or group may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube’s user community. To view this video or group, please verify you are 18 or older by signing in or signing up.”

The age certification pretense for offensive content is at best selectively enforced, and also effectively blocks anyone without a You Tube account from viewing the video. Further, violent and offensive content saturates our culture, with little restraint. No one thinks twice about killings on TV, movies or video games, but it becomes taboo when it is real. As if teenagers about to be faced with pressure to join the military don’t deserve to know the truth about what goes on in war as they consider possible recruitment.

At any rate, requiring a log-in definitely establishes limitations on how many people, including those over 18 years old, will know about this important news story.

However, we are still able to embed this video here. So please, spread this website link to everyone you know and help this video get seen.

Canada Set to Abolish Long-Gun Registry Law and Will Repeal Registration of Hunting Rifles & Shotguns

I hope that this bill to abolish the registration of shotguns and hunting rifles in Canada passes. The author believes that the odds are good for its passage. I will keep my ears to the cyber street and report back when the final vote occurs.

The bill would delete from federal law the obligation to register so-called nonrestricted firearms, though licensing requirements for long-gun owners to buy or possess firearms and to buy ammunition would remain in place.

The legislation would also require all registration information collected to date to be destroyed.

Rep. Jane Harman Co-Sponsors Constitutional Amendment to Balance Federal Budget

HARMAN CO-SPONSORS CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO BALANCE FEDERAL BUDGET Lawmaker says, "...recovery cannot happen and will not be long lasting if we don't follow it with responsible federal budgets."

March 2, 2010 6:54 PM

Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Jane Harman (D-Venice) today joined 34 members of the Blue Dog Coalition in introducing legislation calling for a Constitutional amendment to balance the federal budget. She co-sponsored previous Balanced Budget Amendment efforts in the 103rd, 104th, 105th, 107th, 109th, and 110th Congresses.

“The nation’s economy is struggling back after an enormous blow. The recovery cannot happen and will not be long lasting if we don’t follow it with responsible federal budgets. California families balance their budgets every day, and they should expect the same from Washington.

“The current trajectory of debt and deficits is unsustainable. I refuse to burden my grandchildren -- all of our grandchildren -- with the trillions in debt racked up by Congress when Bush controlled the White House and Republicans controlled Capitol Hill.

“I want to put everything on the table. We have to end defense practices and programs that don’t improve our national security – like sole-source contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan. And we must let the misguided Bush tax cuts for the wealthy expire. I opposed them in 2001, and I oppose them now.

“It will take political courage from both Democrats and Republicans. I cast career-risking votes for the 1993 Clinton budget and for Penny-Kasich, and for the 1997 balanced budget. The result of those tough votes was a huge surplus.”

Specifically, the “Balanced Budget Amendment” legislation would:

  • Require Congress to produce a balanced budget every fiscal year.
  • Require the President to submit a balanced budget in his or her annual transmission to Congress.
  • Prohibit outlays for a fiscal year from exceeding total receipts for that fiscal year unless Congress, by a three-fifths roll call vote of each House, authorizes a specific excess of outlays over receipts.
  • Provide seven years for three-fourths of the states to ratify the constitutional amendment.

2010 Arkansas Wheat Crop is the Smallest Since 1960s

The below article says that Arkansas' wheat crop is so small because of bad weather, lower grain prices and high input costs. Previously, Remixx World! reported on the stories that the American grain crops are also being shipped out of the country and how America planted the fewest wheat crop in nearly a century. No word on whether there is some type of connection, but it is alarming nonetheless that the crop yield is so low. People will ultimately have to pay the price at the grocery store.

Arkansas' wheat crop this year is the smallest since the 1960s, the result of bad weather, lower prices for grain, and high input costs.

About 200,000 acres of wheat were planted this year, down from 400,000 acres last year and 1 million acres the year before that.

"That's a big decline," said Jason Kelley, Extension agronomist, wheat and feed grains, for the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture. "It's been a long time since we've had acreage that low.
