Burzynski The Movie (Anti-Establishment & Anti-Cancer Medical Doctor's Legal Battle Against the FDA)

***
Burzynski is the story of a medical doctor and Ph.D biochemist named Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski who won the largest, and possibly the most convoluted and intriguing legal battle against the Food & Drug Administration in American history.

His victorious battles with the United States government were centered around Dr. Burzynski's belief in and commitment to his gene-targeted cancer medicines he discovered in the 1970's called Antineoplastons, which have currently completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and will begin the final phase of testing in 2010.

Unverified Reports That It Is Raining Oil in Florida

©2010 Mark A. Garlick, All Rights Reserved.

I cannot confirm this story, so take it for what it is -- an unverified report from someone named Eve. Nevertheless, if there are further independent reports of oil rains in Florida, then we will know that we have an even more serious problem on our hands than the catastrophe we currently have.

Making this quick, don't feel well. About 4:15pm or so eastern, coming back from Tampa, Florida north on Veteran's Expressway...about 7 miles perhaps from SR 54...it sprinkled some gray watery and solid black oil on my car. Thought it was bugs, but so fast did not make sense and windshield wipers just smeared it. Got out of car at store and looked on the paint and solid black dots on my car...I touch? huh? it's wet? it's OIL!!!!!

I had several folks verify it before I sprayed it off and it came off easier than the few love bugs. Two hours later still wet like OIL! nope, not water, smell it, OIL!!!

The above picture is not from Florida. However, the only other place in the solar system where I could find
an example of an oil rainstorm was on the Saturn moon of Titan.

Exxon Report on Acute Aquatic Toxicity of Corexit 9500, 9527 & 9580 Oil Spill Response Products

You can read the full report by clicking the picture or this link. One thing to note from the report is the toxicity of Corexit 9527 increases as the water temperatures increase. Considering the Gulf water temperatures will increase and increase as summer arrives, it is very likely that the dispersant that BP is spraying into the Gulf of Mexico will become much more toxic than it is currently.

BP Refuses EPA's Demands to Stop Using Corexit Oil Dispersant in Gulf of Mexico

President Obama's lack of prior executive experience is now coming back to haunt the country, because the government's response to this Deepwater Horizon disaster has been horrific and borderline criminal. Who is running the show? The government or BP?

The EPA orders BP to switch to a less-toxic dispersant, and how does BP respond? It refuses the order and simply says that the current dispersant is the best option.

Wow, I cannot believe that the government is accepting BP's response!

BP has rebuffed demands from government officials and environmentalists to use a less-toxic dispersant to break up the oil from its massive offshore spill, saying that the chemical product it is now using continues to be "the best option for subsea application."

On Thursday, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency gave the London-based company 72 hours to replace the dispersant Corexit 9500 or to describe in detail why other dispersants fail to meet environmental standards.

Illinois National Guard Unit Readies for Deployment to Egypt

Why is this Illinois National Guard unit deploying to Egypt of all places when there is a crisis in the Gulf of Mexico? Why isn't the Guard being deployed to the Gulf to help with the clean-up efforts in light of the Deepwater Horizon sinking?

More than 400 members of the Illinois National Guard got ready today to head to the Middle East, but the deployment this time will have little to do with Iraq or Afghanistan, officials said

About 440 soldiers of the 2nd Battalion, 123rd Field Artillery Regiment have been mobilized for an international peacekeeping mission in Egypt.

Pentagon Establishes U.S. Cyber Command & Names Four-Star Army General Keith Alexander as Commander

From the U.S. Air Force home page:

Gates establishes U.S. Cyber Command, names first commander

Posted 5/21/2010 Updated 5/21/2010

5/21/2010 - WASHINGTON (AFNS) -- Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced May 21 Army Gen. Keith B. Alexander's appointment as the first commander of U.S. Cyber Command, officially establishing the Initial Operating Capability for the new command.

The announcement comes immediately following General Alexander's promotion to receive his fourth star during a ceremony at Fort Meade, Md.

"Given our increasing dependency on cyberspace, this new command will bring together the resources of the department to address vulnerabilities and meet the ever-growing array of cyber threats to our military systems," Secretary Gates said.

USCYBERCOM possesses the required technical capability and focuses on the integration of cyberspace operations. The command's leaders are charged with pulling together existing cyberspace resources, creating synergy that does not currently exist and synchronizing war-fighting effects to defend the information security environment.

According to Defense Department officials, this is not an expansion of DOD's mission. It is in keeping with the Department's mission to protect and defend U.S. national security and protect the lives of men and women in uniform.

USCYBERCOM is a sub-unified command, subordinate to U.S. Strategic Command and its headquarters currently are located at Fort Meade. The Senate confirmed General Alexander's promotion to become commander of USCYBERCOM on May 7. For more information, visit www.defense.gov/cybersecurity.

U.S. Military Warns Oil Output May Dip Causing Massive Energy Shortages by 2015

United States Joint Force Command - The Joint Operating Environment 2010

The original report from the United States Joint Force Command is embedded above in this article. The newspaper article from The Guardian that sparked my interest in this story is quoted below.

The energy crisis outlined in a Joint Operating Environment report from the US Joint Forces Command, comes as the price of petrol in Britain reaches record levels and the cost of crude is predicted to soon top $100 a barrel.

"By 2012, surplus oil production capacity could entirely disappear, and as early as 2015, the shortfall in output could reach nearly 10 million barrels per day," says the report, which has a foreword by a senior commander, General James N Mattis.

This information may be found on page 29 of the embedded report.
